Well built and sturdy
This item is well built and sturdy. The only problem that I have is that the phone jaws are to deep and the phone can slide off the charging pad. Otherwise it is good. 😊

Product replacement
I experienced problems with my car mount/charger and after various methods of testing the problem, I reached out to Cygnett and provided my information as the power was only working everyone now and then.
After looking at my photos and information, Cygnett replaced the product and it was delivered expressed post and arrived within a couple of days. Could not have been more happier, better to pay a bit more for a recognised and supported product.
