Cygnett x Luxury Escapes Social Competition.

Entry is free and open to Australian and New Zealand residents only over 18 years of age. Competition opens 15 November at 5pm AEDT and closes 22 November 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT. Competition can be entered by:

The winner will be selected & announced on competition posts within 72 hours of competition closing. Winner will be selected based on judges selection (in their sole discretion). This giveaway is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Instagram. These are the only valid @cygnett& @luxury.escapes Instagram accounts. Be aware of scam accounts and do not engage with any accounts impersonating us.

  • The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or credit, and is not transferable, endorsable, or refundable under any circumstances.
  • Changes are not permitted once booking is confirmed including travel dates changes and name changes.
  • Flights are not included in prize.
  • If for any reason a Winner does not redeem the Prize (or an element of the Prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter in these terms and conditions, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.
  • The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash. Award certificates have no cash, credit or refund value, and if sold, bartered or altered would automatically be void.
  • Luxury Escapes and Cygnett staff, friends and family are not eligible for entry.

5 nights at Casa De La Flora, Khao Lak Thailand in a Studio Pool Villa – valued up to $3,517 (Hard cost of $1,699). This also includes:

Accommodation T&Cs

  • Blackout dates and surcharges apply. Subject to availability.
  • Accommodation must  be booked by 31/10/2025 and travel by 25/12/2025.
  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Daily breakfast is served at La Aranya from 7am to 11am.
  • The one daily 30-minute massage per package can be combined into one 60-minute massage every other day or two daily 15-minute massages.
  • Daily free-flow hour includes a selection of house cocktails, beer and soft drinks.
  • Guests can enjoy free-flow hour anytime between 11am and 11pm.
  • Floating or in-villa breakfast must be booked at least one day in advance. It is served from 7.30am to 11am.

VIP Return Private Airport Transfers with Lounge Access Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: VIP return private airport transfer, meet and greet and escort assistance, porter service, immigration fast track, access to the Executive Lounge on departure, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
  • You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
  • Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
  • Service operation time is between 6am and 12am.
  • Limit of two pieces of luggage per passenger for porter service. Oversized luggage (more than 56x36x23cm) will be charged at THB100 per item.
  • Lounge access is valid for 2.5 hours. Additional hours are charged at THB350 per person, per hour.
  • Extra guests can receive the return airport transfer; however, only the standard number of guests — two for the Studio Pool Villa, Duplex Grand Pool Villa, and Beachfront Suite Pool Villa, and four for the Duplex Two Bedroom — are permitted access to the airport lounge.
  • The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Cygnett T&Cs

  • There is only (1) Cygnett prize pack to be given away.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Prizes may change depending on product availability.
  • Winner will be notified by social media using the social media profile entered during the competition period.
  • In the event that the prize notification email/message is returned as undeliverable/not acknowledged/able to be sent due to private profile, such prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.
  • The prize will be posted to the winner to an address provided (within Australia or New Zealand only). All prizes will be shipped within 14 business days upon confirmation of winner details.
  • No employee of Cygnett Pty Ltd is eligible to be a winner.
