How to enter

To enter, you must:

  • Have purchased from any one of the Cygnett authorised NZ retailers participating in this promotion.
  • Have made a purchase within the promotion period.

Prizes

The minor prize winners will be selected every Wednesday starting week commencing 26th May 2025. Entries will be read to determine the winner from all eligible, valid, and complete entries received.

Details of the major prize draw              

To be drawn by random selection on the ViralSweep competition platform, at 12:00pm NZST on 1st July 2025 at 858 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3202.


Winner notification 

The winner will be notified by email and phone within two days of the draw, using the email address entered during the competition period.

In the event that the prize notification email/message is returned as undeliverable/not acknowledged within 7 business days/unable to be sent due to private profile, such prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.


Prize clauses      

Gift Cards from Luxury Escapes are valid for up to three years.

The winner/winners are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel insurance, visas, and other required travel documentation.


Who can enter

Entry is open to all people except employees (including families) of the Promoter, as well as companies, suppliers and retailers associated with the Promotion. Eligibility requirements must be met at the time of entry and at the time of determining prize winners.

The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership to claim a prize. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.


When to enter

Promotion opens and closes as set out in the Particulars (Promotion Period). Entries must be received by the Promoter in the Promotion Period.

All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

VIP Return Private Airport Transfers with Lounge Access Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: VIP return private airport transfer, meet and greet and escort assistance, porter service, immigration fast track, access to the Executive Lounge on departure, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
  • You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
  • Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
  • Service operation time is between 6am and 12am.
  • Limit of two pieces of luggage per passenger for porter service. Oversized luggage (more than 56x36x23cm) will be charged at THB100 per item.
  • Lounge access is valid for 2.5 hours. Additional hours are charged at THB350 per person, per hour.
  • Extra guests can receive the return airport transfer; however, only the standard number of guests — two for the Studio Pool Villa, Duplex Grand Pool Villa, and Beachfront Suite Pool Villa, and four for the Duplex Two Bedroom — are permitted access to the airport lounge.
  • The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
