Returns Policy

RETURNS: PURCHASED FROM AUTHORISED RETAILERS

Cygnett does not accept returns or offer refunds on products bought from 3rd party authorised retailers.

Returns for items purchased at authorised retailers need to be returned to their original place of purchase as per the retailers returns policy.

All Cygnett products purchased from an Authorised Retail partner carry a 2-year warranty. Contact your original place of purchase’s customer support for assistance.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. If a product has been delivered to you and you have opened the original product packaging then you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Important: Returned goods must be unopened and in original condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply if packaging and/or product has been opened.

Where the product is not returned within 30 days, Cygnett reserves the right not to accept return of the product, except where the product is under manufacturers warranty and you can provide evidence that the product is faulty.

To initiate a return, please go to Cygnett Care and a member of our customer service team will assist you. Once we have received your item your refund or replacement will be assessed.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality (fit for purpose) and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and assessed, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

EXCHANGES

Cygnett does not offer exchanges on any items.

Cygnett will only replace items that are defective and will only exchange items for the same product as per our Warranty Policy.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS

Returns cannot be processed for sale items unless defective. Items purchased using coupon codes are accepted and not classified as sale or clearance items.
